Being Happy With The Way
You Look & Feel

Inner and outer beauty go hand and hand. And as the saying goes “if you look good you feel good!”

How does all this all fit together? Inner health has an affect on our outer beauty.

The modern approach to beauty is to make the most of your natural assets and focus on the positive traits.

It is all about our lifestyles. Taking time for you by improving your self-image and self-esteem!

You don’t have to make big changes to see a difference. Just commit to doing a little bit each day.

Some say it takes approximately six weeks to form a habit or to break the old one. Here are three ideas: take a 10-minute walk a day, eat your fruits and vegetables, and get enough sleep.

By walking 10 minutes a day, a 130-pound woman can lose five pounds in a year.

Adequate sleep is crucial to help the skin function efficiently and keep those dark circles at bay. When you are sleeping the body has time to repair itself.

With fall in the air we notice our skin being drier from head to toe.

A helpful tip for dry skin is to drink six to eight glasses of water a day. This will help keep the skin hydrated and moist. It may take some getting used to, so try building up one glass at a time such as one glass on Monday, two glasses on Tuesday. And remember other types of drinks with caffeine such as coffee or soda don’t count.

Drinking the required amount of daily water will help maintain healthy skin and a healthy body.

Keeping your skin in the best possible condition always gives you a healthy, more beautiful glow.

It has been said that the skin is the window to our health. Our skin is affected by environment, when we are under stress, tired, or by not eating properly.

Healthy skin is soft, supple, and resilient.

It is important to adapt your beauty routines to the ever-changing demands of your age, the seasons and the environment you live.

Having a positive attitude towards yourself and assuming responsibility for your own body go hand and hand with beauty today.

Thinking fall is in the air. Then you may be ready for a new hairstyle, hair color, or skincare system.

You may want to do your own beauty self-analysis. Set aside a little time to analyze your looks and beauty potential: your face, skin, hair, nails, body, figure, diet, level of fitness and lifestyle.

By tuning into your beauty needs you will be better equipped to achieve your beauty goals.

Positive thinking is vital so you can recognize your potential.
